FreeTulz tools and content provide general assistance. Calculations, generated text and processed files need your review; they are not a substitute for professional advice or official requirements.
1. General information and tool accuracy
FreeTulz provides online utilities and informational content for general use. Although we aim to make them useful, we do not guarantee that every description, calculation, conversion, generated answer or other result is complete, current, accurate or appropriate for your needs. Outputs can vary with inputs, settings, browser capabilities and the tool’s method.
Independently verify important results. Keep the original version of any file you process and review downloaded files before deleting, replacing or sharing the originals. This Disclaimer should be read with our Terms & Conditions.
2. Financial, pension, business and earnings estimates
Financial and business calculators, including EPF, PPF, NPS, Amazon fee/profit and YouTube earnings tools, provide illustrative estimates. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting or retirement advice, and do not promise a return, benefit, profit or level of income.
Actual outcomes depend on current rules, eligibility, tax treatment, contribution timing, fees, commissions, rates, location, market conditions and other factors. Defaults and examples may not match your circumstances. Check current official sources and obtain qualified advice where needed before making a financial commitment. These tools are not official calculators of the organisations or schemes named.
3. Medical, legal, technical and safety decisions
Health, fitness, legal, engineering and other specialised content is general information, not a diagnosis, treatment plan, legal opinion, professional certification or safety assessment. A calculator or article cannot evaluate all the details of your situation.
Consult an appropriately qualified professional for decisions affecting health, legal rights, structural safety or other high-stakes matters. Do not delay medical attention or other necessary professional help because of a website result. Verify technical outputs against relevant requirements before using them in production or safety-critical work.
4. AI tools, rewritten text and content detection
An “AI” label does not necessarily mean that a tool uses a generative AI model. Some FreeTulz tools use browser-based rules or structured templates. Read the description on the individual tool page to understand the method and limitations.
Generated or rewritten text can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, repetitive or inconsistent with your intended meaning. Review facts, citations, originality, tone and rights before publishing or sending it. Email and product-description generators cannot verify claims you supply about products or services.
AI-content detection scores are not proof of authorship and can misclassify both human and machine-generated text. Do not use a score alone as evidence for disciplinary, employment, academic or other consequential action. Humanising or rewriting text does not guarantee that an AI detector will classify it in a particular way, and does not excuse plagiarism or misrepresentation.
5. Image, PDF, audio and video processing
Compression, conversion, resizing, upscaling, editing, trimming and PDF processing may change quality, layout, colours, transparency, metadata, timing or compatibility. Upscaling cannot guarantee recovery of detail that was not present in the original. File-size targets and processing times are not guaranteed.
Speech recognition, audio-to-text and subtitle tools can mishear words, omit speech or assign incorrect timing. Check names, numbers and technical terms against the recording. Use only material you have permission to process and distribute.
Passport and ID-photo tools help prepare images; they are not an approval service. Requirements differ by country, issuing authority and application. Check the current official dimensions, background, pose, quality and retouching rules. The relevant authority decides whether a photo or document is acceptable.
6. Privacy and sensitive material
Do not assume that every FreeTulz tool processes data in the same way. A browser-based processing statement applies to the tool that makes it, not automatically to server-based tools, external integrations or the website as a whole. Network requests may still be needed to load pages, libraries and other resources.
Read the relevant tool notices before supplying files or information. Avoid sharing credentials, private keys or sensitive personal or confidential material without assessing the tool and obtaining any necessary permission. If processing information is unclear, contact FreeTulz before using the tool with sensitive material.
7. External sites, advertisements and affiliation
External links and advertisements may lead to services with their own terms, fees and data practices. FreeTulz does not control or guarantee those services. A link or mention is not a guarantee of suitability, security or quality.
Named organisations, platforms, government schemes and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, FreeTulz is an independent website and is not an official service of, endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon, YouTube, Google, pension authorities or other organisations mentioned. Any link identified as an affiliate link may result in compensation following a qualifying action.
8. Your rights and responsibility
Use tools with care, check outputs and keep backups. The lawful limitations in the Terms & Conditions apply. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or reduces any non-waivable consumer, privacy or other statutory rights.
9. Report an error or ask a question
If you notice an incorrect description, unexpected output, broken link or other issue, please contact FreeTulz. Include the tool or page URL, the settings used and a non-sensitive example where possible. Do not include passwords or confidential files in your initial message.
